Your Mission
As an SAP Academy Trainee, you will:
- Learn SAP from the ground up through a structured training program
- Gain hands-on experience with real business scenarios
- Work alongside experienced consultants and mentors
- Develop both technical or functional knowledge across SAP areas (Logistics, Human Resources, Finance, System Administrarion, Procurement, Analytics, Programming).
- Build the foundation for a long-term career in consulting

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Economics, or related fields
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in the SAP ecosystem
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to step outside your comfort zone
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Eligibility for an IEFP internship (mandatory)
