Submit a Complaint

SCORE’s organizational culture is centered on the people who are part of our community: the satisfaction of our customers, stakeholders, and employees. In this way, we aim to ensure that everyone adheres to ethical and responsible principles, rejecting any action that does not align with our values.

On this page, you can safely file a new report.

The following individuals may use the reporting platform: employees (current or former); individuals who have gone through the recruitment process or another stage of pre-contract negotiations; and third parties who have had any interaction with SCORE in a work-related context.

Reports regarding incidents that occur within our clients’ organizations should be submitted through the respective companies’ reporting platforms.

Only the department responsible for investigating the complaint will have access to the complaint and its follow-up, in addition to the complainant.

Note: The information you provide (name and email address) may help us process your report more efficiently. However, you may choose to remain anonymous. The data collected will enable the person responsible for processing it to conduct an investigation and, in some cases, request additional information.
