I have been part of Score family since 2019 and it has been an enriching experience! From the beginning, I had the opportunity to start working on a challenging project and grow professionally in a positive environment. I am surrounded by colleagues with extensive experience and deep knowledge in their fields. I’m grateful to be part of a team that creates such a friendly and supportive atmosphere every day!

I’m Rita Domingues and I’ve been with SCORE since May 2016. When I joined, I wasn’t unhappy at my previous company, but I saw it as a good challenge to return to consulting. Maybe, if things went well, I could even move to the client for a calmer life. That didn’t happen — I didn’t enjoy the project, and life didn’t get calmer. Yet nine years later I’m still here, because SCORE has kept challenging me and given me the chance to work closely with the partners, which has fueled my growth. I realized I could add value while growing, aligned with the company’s values. What makes the difference is the trust and alignment with leadership, and being part of a small, supportive team that rows in the same direction. In the end, three things keep me here: feeling add value, working with a drama-free team, and the continuity of the same Partners since I joined.

Since 2019, the ever-growing complexity and challenging projects have allowed me to grow alongside SCORE | Conclusion — as a professional, as a colleague, and as a person. Throughout this journey, every achievement has only been possible thanks to the supportive environment and good vibes of such an inspiring team. To the new challenges ahead — let’s keep moving forward, together!

I joined Score in 2020 and from day one I’ve felt like part of a true family. Over this time, the company has invested in me and my colleagues, allowing us to grow and develop professionally in an informal and welcoming environment.

After a few years, I returned to Score in April 2023. It‘s been a very fruitful return. The teammates are always willing to help, which makes it easier for us to develop as professionals and also to integrate into the team. As they say, it‘s good to come home.

I‘ve been very well received at SCORE, from day one I‘ve always had a lot of support and there‘s always someone willing to help with any questions. It‘s been really good for me to develop and learn a lot. The atmosphere is very familiar and it‘s possible to feel at “home“, apart from work there‘s also room for more relaxed moments between everyone. I hope I can continue to evolve and overcome challenges together with the team!

Over these four and a half years at Score, we‘ve noticed that it‘s in the company‘s DNA to treat each person as part of a big family. We feel that our ideas are respected and that we can contribute to a unique environment. For this reason, new employees are well received and easily adapt to the new context, which is very important in a world where the digital/artificial part increasingly seems to want to take precedence over the human one.

Score has allowed me to enter the SAP world, providing a family atmosphere where mutual help is the rule rather than the exception. It‘s been a challenging journey with many obstacles, but with outstanding support and companionship everything becomes easier.

The culture experienced at SCORE is synonymous with companionship, challenges and, above all, with continuous learning and personal evolution. For these reasons, I hope to be able to contribute to the good continuation of this journey, promoting the ideas of this great “SCORE Family“.

Since I joined Score in 2017, the number of employees has more than tripled, we‘ve moved offices, there‘s been a pandemic, the structure has changed and so have the procedures. If I‘m still here after all that, it‘s because the people who make up this company make all the blood, sweat and tears worth it.
