Score Group, composed by SCORE Consulting and Skouts, announced that Gisela Ventura is the new Head of People, reinforcing the Group’s strategy in the Human Resources department.
Gisela Ventura continues her professional trajectory, assuming the leadership position within the Group’s Human Resources department. The executive moves from Red IT, a company where she held the position of HR Manager and where she spent about six years, having previously worked for Deloitte Portugal.

Effective and close management of human resources is crucial to the success of the company. Gisela Ventura’s main mission will be to help develop people in order to meet the growth needs of the business. She will be in charge of developing the area’s strategy to help increase employee motivation through effective communication, goal setting and performance management, creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued and supported. The manager aims to establish a company ethos of open communication, trust and accountability, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion, increasing employee engagement, attracting the best talent and positioning the company as an attractive, responsible and inclusive employer.
