What skills do we value?
- Experience between 3 to 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module (configuration, implementation, support).
- Knowledge of compensation processes, guidelines, and best practices.
- Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to change..
Responsibilities:
- Lead / Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, training sessions, and supporting materials for clients.
- Support project monitoring, including timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Compensation module.
