What skills do we value?
- Experience (3-5 years) in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module (implementation, configuration, and support).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition best practices, and reporting.
- Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead / Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Recruitment.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, training sessions, and supporting materials for clients.
- Support project monitoring, including timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Recruitment module.
