What skills do we value?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Resilience and persistence when dealing with challenges and changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Organization, attention to detail, and proactiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP HCM Payroll implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local legislation.
- Support project monitoring, including timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in SAP HCM Payroll.
