What skills do we value?
- Background in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, Electrotechnology, or related fields (Level 4 or 5 of National Qualifications Framework) – mandatory for IEFP eligibility.
- Hands-on experience in IT support and field service operations – nice to have.
- Solid understanding of IT products, systems, and services

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone or email
- Install, configure, test, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of IT equipment in the field
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
- Deliver and set up IT equipment, ensuring proper functionality and user readiness
- Support both Linux and Windows environments
- Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and targeted questioning
