What skills do we value?
- Extensive experience in SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, and reporting processes, including statutory compliance and best practices.
- Experience with integration of FI/CO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and HCM.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Resilience and persistence when addressing complex challenges, business changes, or system upgrades.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior consultants.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP FI/CO implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions to optimize FI/CO processes.
- Support project monitoring, including timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials related to SAP FI/CO.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in finance and controlling processes.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, HCM, and other modules to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
